Guest Information
Everything you need before and during your stay. If something isn’t answered here, the welcome card in the house will have it — and you can always message us.
Arrival & check-in
Check-in: from 4pm
Check-out: by 10am
Key arrangements will be confirmed in advance by message. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can ensure everything is ready.
The house address is 8 Rue des Parrets, 83600 Fréjus. The street is narrow and cobbled — not accessible by car. Park in the Florus underground car park first (see below), then it’s a short walk with your luggage.
Parking
Your dedicated underground parking space is in the Florus building, the car park beneath the Fréjus tourism office.
The car park entrance is on Rue Jean Jaurès (the street alongside the tourism office on Place Jean Jaurès). Your space number and access code are on the welcome card at the house.
The walk from the car park to the house takes about 5 minutes. The lanes are cobbled — wheelie suitcases work fine on the smooth sections.
WiFi
The WiFi router is in the kitchen/diner on the first floor. The network name and password are on the welcome card in the living room.
TV, Netflix & streaming
The 55" LG OLED TV is in the living room on the second floor.
Netflix is included — press the Netflix button on the remote and it opens automatically. Please use the Guests profile to keep your watch history separate.
All the main streaming apps are pre-installed on the TV: Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, BBC iPlayer and more. To watch your own streaming services, just open the relevant app and sign in — please remember to sign out before you leave.
French terrestrial TV is available via the SFR box — the black box underneath the TV. Press the input button on the remote and select the SFR source. This is separate from the streaming apps.
Please don’t change any settings on the TV or the SFR box.
Music — Sonos speakers
There are Sonos Play:1 speakers in the kitchen and living room.
iPhone users: tap the AirPlay icon in any music app and select the Sonos speaker — no app needed.
All users: open the free Sonos app, connect to the house WiFi, and the speakers appear automatically. Play from your own Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music or any other service using the cast button within the app — nothing is saved after your stay.

The kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipped for self-catering:

- Dishwasher
- Air fryer (Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone)
- Nespresso machine — you’ll find some pods to get you started; more Original system capsules are available at the Casino next door

We use liquid detergent placed directly in the drum. Alternatively, powder or liquid detergent goes in the drawer — the middle slot (II). If you’d like to use softener, add it to the right slot (the one with the flower symbol). Turn the dial to Mix rapide and press Départ/Pause to start.

Washing & laundry
The washing machine and tumble dryer are on the ground floor, next to the bunk bedroom. Washing powder is provided — you’ll find it in the utility cupboard.
Fans & keeping cool
The house is naturally cool thanks to its sheltered position in the old town, but fans are provided on each floor for when it gets warm. You’ll find them in the bedroom wardrobes and the living room cupboard.
Bins & recycling
Bin collection details and the location of the nearest public bins are on the welcome card at the house. In France, recycling (glass, paper, plastic) goes in the separate yellow-lid bins. Please leave the house with bins emptied.
Local shops
The closest shop is the Casino next to the Office du Tourisme — perfect for picking up essentials on arrival. There’s also a Petit Casino a short walk away. For a larger weekly shop, there’s a Leclerc on the outskirts of town.
